It always amazes me how well they can hang onto a stick, stretch the neck, make the kill and pull back to a normal position in pretty much the blink of an eye.

From the time he flew across the channel and landed, then positioned was about two minutes. From the time he did the stretch and look to eating the fish about three blinks of the eye. 7 frames a sec buys a lot of real estate in a short period of time.
