I'm not familiar with Mexican lizards, but that one looks like Kryptonite, tho I'll stand corrected.
Maybe its a bit over saturated.
I like his/her pose, the effect of peering through some foliage to see him and the way he looks into the camera.
There's a nice bit of detail there, I fancy a bit more depth of focus.
Also, this close-up......wouldn't actually be a crop in would it..

Thanks for the opinion. Yes it is a crop in. I can't afford a real close up lense, but I going to buy close up filters in the near future. I'm pretty new to this stuff so thanks for the pointers.
