I'm guessing 2, mainly because it has more reds in the mid-tones and higher. 3, 4, and 5 all have much more dark pixels, and I just don't see them in the image. 1 is possible due to the even exposure in the mid-tones, but I'm missing the red component, seen in the rail.

And Sparky, excellent idea! (Yeah, I said it the last time too, but I want to encourage you...)

My guess is no.2
Reasoning... the photo is mostly midtones, few shadows/low lights and few highlights with just the one rock nearing clipping. There are also a lot of reds in the midtones.

I think it's #1 (even exposure, a lot of mid tones, and no clipping)

not 2 because the red peak is too far to the right

3.4. & 5 are too far to the left overall

My (rather unqualified) guess is #2, based on:

- Much red and yellow in bright midtones
- blue/cyan in the rocks
- Looks like some blown highlights in that rock there
- Not much clipped black,
- image is flat, lacking contrast
- the peak of the white histogram (brightness) is in the middle, with few bright and dark pixels

So, yeah. I think histogram #2 matches the image pretty good. Awesome game!

I accidentally voted 3 but I meant 2 for the following reasons. First, the cool colors of the rocks. Second, the reddish color of the rusted railroad tie

On my monitor the first one has a 1 on one side of the image and a 2 on the other. I am going to assume that the 2 belongs to the image below the first. Silly me :er:

I'll say 2, because it has the right amount of highlight clipping, and the brightest mids.. The mid bump on all the others is too far to the left I think.
