This month is National Breast Cancer Awarness Month. Many people do not know how serious this is, or the risks.

here are a few facts :

One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their life.

Every 3 minutes a women is diagnosed with breast cancer

Every 13 minutes a women will die from breast cancer!

This year 210,00 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

Only 95 Women who are diagnosed with early stages of breast cancer will survive more than five years.

Men are not immune, 1500 men are expected to be diagnosed this year & 400 are expected not to live.

I thought i'd share this, share the knowledge, help the cure,

Ill be taking pictures at the cancer walk next week, keep a lookout for them

I didn't know that 95 out of 210000 would live more than 5 years....damn man.
My aunt is a survivor.

my aunt was diagnosed this year and had both breast removed within 6 months, i think this walk may be sad, but inspiring by all the brave people at the same time.

those are very artistic and to the point, most of mine will be of the race though.. but i wouldnt mind doing something like that.

Yeah, Sunith is pretty good with photoshop and uses it in some weird ways, but this series in it's direct simplicity was a stand out in her gallery I love all four images in the series.
