Yeah, it's like shooting ducks in a barrel but they are entertaining and can do some pretty unique maneuvers when there is food to be had.

I agree with Western.

One of our fellow TPF'ers suggests we not forget to shoot what is common (I think it was Scott). I try not to ignore gulls and crows. I don't post them often, but I do have tons of them.

These are very nice indeed.

Those are nice. In one of my Hedgcoe book's, one of his projects is to do just what you did as a way for beginners to sharpen their bird photography or the pro to practice. His words were almost the same if I recall correctly.
 
I like 'em, especially the 1st. There are lots of different types of gulls and some of them aren't that common.
 
Hey, if you have gulls around and will spend the time practicing (like you have obviously done grin) you can become a quite good BIF shooter. Lacking those I think pigeons are the next best.
