"Entitled" is correct...was titled--entitled means something else.
I'm not getting much from this shot. cant see his eyes so I can't factor his expression into the odd hand pose. The crop doesnt help here either.

I think it's an interesting prop to use but, feel the hands are a bit misplaced and also too much is being lost to shadow. I don't quite get the concept or what you are trying to communicate here. Had there of been some emotion on the face, the result may have been very different but the dead pan expression gives nothing and the hands definitely compete with the rest of the image.
Also, hands can communicate a lot in an image. You only have to look at the hands of an inexperienced model to see her anxiety and awkwardness, despite a nice smile on her face. Body language can transmit a lot of information, so if you're going to put the hands as large as they are in the frame, make them say something about the mood/emotion being conveyed.
