Halo Luminous Sight
Below is a pic of a sighting device I came up with to resolve problems I was having using my video camera to track and frame fast moving targets in bright light when you can't see the LCD monitor.
The pic sort of explains how it works. There is an article on it on my site if you are interested in the details.
The plastic core of a blue velcro hair curler is the sight, and it is attached with a thin strip of strong double sided adhesive tape, and inline with the lens.
Here's a clip of 2 eels fighting in a tidal pool. I was at the pool's edge in flip flops and within biting distance.
