Hanukkah Lights

A family and friends gathered together, to celebrate the 5th night of Hanukkah, a time to reflect over the days of old, when the Maccabees fought against the tyranny of Antiochus Epiphanes, a battle won not based entirely on physical might, but by "Yad HaShem" (the Hand of God) the eight lights symbolize the time of thanksgiving of the rededication of the Temple of Jerusalem, just like the first temple of Solomon, who dedicated it for eight days during the Feast of Tabernacles, and so again, it was rededicated, the "light" has returned once more, to the Holy Temple, "HaMishkan HaKodesh"
