HASSELBLAD 150mm f4 SONNAR

I just bought a 500C with 150mm SONNAR chrome SYNCHRO-COMPUR shutter. I cannot set shutter speeds or aperture independently. The speeds and apertures range from B 32 to 30th of a second at f 4. and stops. How can I manually set speed and aperture?
