HDR Issues - Please Help!

Hey there everyone! I was trying to capture the sky here in Belleville, Ontario and create an HDR photograph from 3 RAW exposures... After processing in photomatix, I realized this huge lens flare is in the photograph right of center.

Anyone here have the skills to remove something this large from a photograph and still have it looking good?

Yup, that's definitely what I'm talking about... I've got some pretty good Photoshop skills, but it's a bit big for me to remove and not ruin the whole photograph...

I had to cut out the righthand tree; maybe someone else can work on it.
I used the clone stamp for the whole thing.
