rar these up and upload as 1 rar instead of 3 different downloads.

Its always cool to see the different methods from different people ;)

HughGuessWho what is that purple vertical line for on the right side?

Grapnell, I really like your processing on this one. That's one of the more realistic looking one's I've seen. I opened it to full size and was moving all over it looking at the shadow areas to see what details you brought out. The inner fender well, the tires, grill and the ceiling in the background, really good.

Very subtle, not overly saturated, very nice!

VIP, as usual, your awesome HDR goodness.

I think that vertical line is when the images dont line up, like if they are handheld and we see a strip down one side after the cropping done by Photomatix of some of the images.

Downloaded photomatix and using the free trial. My first ever try at processing HDR.

Here is a nice project for someone out there. Find a seedy street or old fashioned looking and shoot it from the angle the OP shot this car. Then close crop the car and drop it in. Im betting that would be a fantastic combination if done right. The car shot is excellent. Well done JRE.
Edl its a pretty decent job you've done for your first attempt. You can pull out more details in the shadows and you can fix some of those blown out highlights. Im saying this without having seen the original files. But still a pretty good job you've done.

Edl, not sure which preset you used, but if it was Painterly, the default for Highlight Smoothing is 0. If you slide that along closer to 100 then the gray patches you see on the car and ceiling should disappear. Other than that the shadows and highlights have been improved from your last post.
