Just re-read and saw that my previous point was already mentioned. Try this, select the body work of the car and make a mask copy to a new layer. Then bring in a picture of clouds / sky - wide shot. Then use a clipping mask to the layer and use the over lay blending mode. Worth a shot.

Keep in mind Brian that this is just for fun. The auto reflections dont match the environment, too bad. In my post I did address the driver door and removed the bright lights and did a bit of work on the bumper, even adding the piece that was missing. But this isnt a pic I will be doing anything with so I kept the work on it simple. My purpose was just to illustrate that the car could be put into a more ideal background and maybe the OP could do something with it. Now if you have some ideas on how to improve on that instead of explaining it, just show us.
