No doubt the same osprey I shot last week as he nests about 1/2 mile from the lake. But he was fishing again this morning. The very last shot in this set I experimented just for fun, i lowered the shutter speed from 1/2500 down to 1/320. Quite honestly it amazes me that this lens HAND HELD shot at full 800 ZOOM can still produce that kind of clarity on a bird flying. Yes understood he was staying in one spot flapping trying to see his next target still though it impresses me what this lens can do.
