Hello from a new member

Hello fellow photographers! I just joined this forum after being a bit disconnected from communities of photographers, and I am looking forward to contributing and learning from you. I used to be quite active on Nikonians and a Texas photography forum no longer available, and really enjoyed giving and receiving feedback, so that'll be one of the things I hope to be doing again at TPF.

My main interests are people and travel photography. I have done a bit of landscape, architectural and sports photography, but my passion is portraits, street and travel photography. While I have done some commercial work, mostly portraiture, right now I am interested in photography as a fun hobby. My equipment includes a Nikon DSLR kit with quite a few pro lenses, an Olympus OM-D E-M1 with a couple of great lenses, and a Fuji x100t, which I use for travel mostly. I enjoy controlling light and have lighting equipment for studio and location.

Welcome! Nice shot! It's always nice to have another experienced photographer in the ranks to share work and feedback!

This forum isn't perfect, but you'll find that the mods and admins are responsive to issues when you have them. There are a handful of people here that have over a decade of posting here, which is crazy to me.
