hello

ok so im really bad at this so far and messed up my first thread a couple times, but i'll get the hang of it. thort id make another one here saying hello.

My name is Alex, i am 19 from Rotorua, New Zealand. Picked up photography as a subject in my last year of school and got quite into it. since then i've finished school and am now working in a local camera store and ocasionaly help out some local photographers. am also planing to start a course in a year "diploma in contempary photography"

I do mostly live band photos at local hardcore/metal/punk shows and post them here - www.myspace.com/rttphotograpy

i mostly use a Canon EOS 400D with 18-55mm lens (50mm f/1.8 arives end of the week) but i also have a Minolta Dynax 40 (plan on selling/swaping for a canon so i may interchange lenses) and i also have an Olympus MJU 720 but don't use that often
