Last time I checked you can at least get a free and legal copy of CS2

"may have" still leaves it open to possibilities. Have you tried it?

Edit: my info maybe outdated because i downloaded it when it was first announced as free. I have cs6 anyways. But in any case, Photoshop CC can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website and used to try it out for 30 days.
