This is for the Aussies. Do any of you have a picture of a wallaby? It may sound like a strange request but I have always liked the cartoon "Rocko's Modern Life" but don't quite know what he is supposedly drawn from.

Just wondering.

I dont have any pics that I have taken myself but heres a couple of pics I found on the net ...
As a species , wallabies are 'cousins' to the kangaroo...

I did a quick google for the cartoon version , out of curiousity , but I wasnt gettin any pics of him.

Up until now I had never heard of the show but it sounds like a cool & funny lil cartoon !

I've noticed that with most shows and movies etc , where a non-aussie has tried to pull off an aussie accent , they do an embarrasingly bad job of it lol.... me and whoever else is watching the tv at the time just sit there and go :

" Dunno about an aussie accent but they're doing ok at that south african-kiwi-british accent ...." :scratch: :lol:

Yet a lot of irish folk can mimic our accent perfectly !

I saw along came Polly last night. They had one of the 4 Aussie guys there is to choose from to play the stereotypical Australian in the movie

Very few and far between on Nick. It's still the kid show made for adults.

I think I have a pic somewhere... But I can't be bothered scanning one...

When I was in NZ - we were at the zoo - and my aunty asked if we have wallabies in australia... hmm... I wonder?
