help me! Choosing the most suitable tripod :)

i'm new here..
glad to find this forum
i want to ask your advice about getting a new set of tripod.

i browsed some possibilities but i still cant decide it

i ended up with this option..
this is my consideration
i'm 166cm high so i wanted to get a tripod that is comfortable to use w/o extending the column
Tripod's weight doesn't really matter with me
I wanted to have load capacity around 12-15kg so i dont need to worry when upgrading my DSLR
i love to do night shot, nature, macro, panorama
My budget for this is around $400-500
