Help needed resizing a photo.

Good morning all,
I just found this forum googling ways to resize a photo. I hope someone can help. Sadly I know nothing about photography. (Though I've always wanted to take a class)

Here's my situation. A very priceless family photo was lost during a move and all I have is a scan of it, which is slightly smaller than a wallet size. I realize this will not look at all professional with what we have to work with, but I am hoping someone can resize this picture (scan) into an 8x10 so that I can get it in a frame and have it look as presentable as possible. It means alot to us to have this picture in at least an 8x10 but I have no idea how to do this or where I would go to get this done.

If you think you can help, please message me or email me. I can email you the scan. Again it doesn't have to be anywhere near perfect, just even okay is fine. I just really need this photo larger.

I would greatly appreciate any help or if you can't do it for me, maybe you can tell me if there is a service that does this.
