Help posting pics please!

Hi there, I've been to the FAQ section for help on creating albums and adding pics, and it says go to the user control panel and click on albums......I can't find any album button or anywhere to post pics. I may be having a complete blonde moment.....can anyone help? Thanks!
Oh and edited to ask....How do I change the size of photos from my computer so they can be uploaded? Ta!

It's about the file size, not the pixel dimensions.

You can to ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting where you'll have to sign up. Then, you can upload your pics and choose the size you want to post on the forum.
