Help with printing.

I'm new to the digital world and I've been having problems with printing. I've been shooting JPEG Fine but wasn't happy with the results in printing them, so I switched to RAW and had the same results. I'm printing on a HP All-In-One, but I've seen good results come out of it before so I don't know what's wrong.

A little help please on how to get quality sellable prints.
