there arnt really any guidelines.. its for a photo contest and theres 2 categories.. b/w and color.

Overall I like 4 the best, but I think it need to be brightened a touch and the horizon should be straightened.

3 is also interesting. Might also be good if you brighten it up.

I like three the most.
Five is funny that bird just looks crazy. He looks a little bright though.

4 looks nice, colourwise, but that one's got sooo much camera shake!
Pity about the "crazy seagull" being too overexposed (parts of feathers too blown to rescue), else I would have suggested you choose that.
Leaves us with 1 only... Maybe take yet another - this time totally stunning - photo?

thanks for all the responses.. ima try and edit thee bird shot in photoshop make it a lil better and ill prob be shooting more pictures so maybe a better one will come up.. contest is from the 20-24th of October so i have a lil bit of time. i just took this shot.. wat do u think
