Help!!!!!!!

Okay everyone, I am sure all of you are tired of explaining this to us newbies.
I have followed the instructions that is posted on the sticky but it completely looses me when it says to use the IMG tags around your pic. click on IMG icon it will produce this IMG. What are they talking about????????? The IMG icon sends me to examples. Can anyone further explain where this IMG icon is located and the Blue "Close Tag". Any help would be appreciated

Got to this link and scroll down to the bottom until you find a section called "Miscellaneous Options", it's right at the bottom. In the drop down box select "Standard Editor". Then click "Save Changes".
Now when you click on "reply" in a post and go to the page where you can type your reply you'll see all sorts of button. When you want to add your picture click the IMG icon. It looks like this

. You may get a box pop up, in which case insert your image address into that. You may get

button again.
