Here are some that I took while on holidays at Heron Island, off the coast of Queensland. (It was a generous Christmas present from my girlfriend's parents).

Since I don't know where Heron Island is (off which side of the Australian coast), I can only guess that you flew accross the Great Barrier Reef in order to get back to the mainland? Is that what we see in the last photo?
Fascinating colour of the water!!!

And of the little series I like the first best of all.
And the IR is fascinating. Makes you stop and wonder for a sec. "Snow???" :shock: :scratch: ..."Moonlight?"

It wasn't the great barrier reef although it is in the great barrier reef national park area. it's actually south of there. i think the coral in the photo is from wistari reef.
