Hey, Im New, PLEASE FEEDBACK!

Hi, my names DJ.
i just bought a DSLR this boxing day,
because photography is somthing, i was very interested in.
my equipment insists of:
Nikon D3000
Nikon DX 18-55 Lens
Nikon Speedlight SB-50DX
and a Bower fish eye/wide angle adapter.

I will upload a couple pictures, tell me what you think of my equipment, as well as my photos. please give me tips, and advise!:mrgreen:

Ummm....it's only been 39 minutes...

anyways, first one I think it would've been better to get sky all the way across the top of the picture instead of cutting off the building in the top center. Also, maybe black and white for both? Possibly sepia for the second? I dunno, see what you can come up with doing post processing.
