Hidden Falls Again

My most avid fans will recognize this spot, but since it's 10 mins away from the in-laws and I had a new camera I thought i'd try it out.

dead trees aren't helping. short of cropping them all out or cloning leave on them, not sure much you can do about that..
like you said, time of year. same with what i just typed on irons thread, for what you were looking at you did well.

if you shot it at night you might have kept enough shadow in the trees to keep them from being less distinct in the photo, or maybe blurred them out too.

two cents, probably aint worth that.

it is still very doable. i think you should put on the llbean boots and go do it again, stand flat in the water and look up river so you don't have all those dead twigs taking up the back half of the frame. And do it later at night with some water reflection and the sides in the shadows. just weigh down the tripod so the current don't take it away.

I do have a shot from that angle but it looks less impressive head on.

No boots required, just some rock hopping.
