For once, there was some sunlight at the race I was shooting, so I had some more interesting lighting conditions. The sun was coming from behind the racers, so it made actually shooting the people more difficult, but provided an interesting glow to the snow.

C&C always welcome and appreciated.

Thanks for looking.

i like #4 the best. It's dark yet light enough that you can make out the skiers goggles. the photo still leaves a little bit to the imagination yet gives me a intense feeling from the skiers POV. Part of me wishes their ski's were a little bit more lit but at the same time I like using my imagination. Nice photo!

i like the last one as well, reminds me of something from the 30's and 40's.

Thanks for the comments. I reworked 4 to try to bring out the skis and googles some more, and adjusted the contrast in 6. Let me know what you think.

I love six its so simple... it really focuses the eye real well.

EDIT:
Is that a guy checking his camera in six?
Third row of people up to the left.

I love the sharpness of #4. All the pictures are great. I really love your composition and the detail coming off in those snow trails. #6 is a truly inspiring shot.
