Highlight and shadow clipping values?

I would like to adjust these in acr in Photoshop CS3... I seem to recall that it can be done or am I getting confused with Canon DPP?

Err what are you trying to do? Are you trying to figure out how to change Auto Curves so it clips a certain percentage of the highlights and shadows when you press "Auto"?
If so it's in the curves dialogue top right the little menu gives you the options behind the curves utility. The default is 0.1% highlights, 0.1% shadows.
