I don’t do people images but if my image i would loose some of dark edge left. Maybe cut to window

Good exposure, I’d crop in tighter\closer.

My experience in portrait photography aligns with katomi’s...but my opinion is the same. Aside from that, I do like the image! Lighting is well done imo.
