Hoverfly

Every once in a while I put on my 50mm lens and leave everything else at the house, today was that day.
This hoverfly spent a lot of time working this daisy over and gave me lots of time to get into position (it's an old 50mm with an adapter so I have to be really close and manually focus)
This is two versions of my favourite shot, would love to hear your thoughts, thanks for taking a look!

I like both of them, Im struggling to pick a winner! The soft green back drop looks great...number 1 is starting to win me over, yes its definatley number 1 for me. I think the petals in number 2 are a little distracting and overexposed.
