Hi, I'm so glad to have found this website. I so want to know more about basic concepts of getting the best out of my ordinary Sony DSC-T300 SteadyShot Digital Camera and i've tried to familiarize myself with videos online and through google but it just seems more complicated than initially thought.

I'm a seller on Ebay, selling womens fashion. We model our garments on Half Size mannequins and rarely full size. One of the key problems we have is having to cut out the image before listing online and bad lighting which forces us to use some of the tools in Photoshop. But the Natural colour is never achieved in its best ratio.

We already have 2 lighting lamps with daylight 30w bulbs. I have no idea where to go from here and how to achieve the best out of my camera. Though im aware a backdrop would really help but what kinda of lighting would i need, what kind of bulbs are best, etc.

ANY help would be most appreciated!!

Linda

Show us a sample of what you have attempted so far and we'll be able to guide you in the right direction....

For starters, 30 watt bulbs aren't doing you any justice... but let's see an image and it will probably be very easy to help you out...
