How to Create an Image like this? Is it CAD or PhotoShop

I am a newbie to product photography and have taken some basic pictures which are not professional level. However; I come across these advance product image and always wonder how do they do this? I have attached the pic here in for you to review and advice. Is this a creation of photoshop or some CAD software?

How can I get to learn skills to start creating pictures like these. Thank you for all your help in advance.
