How to mimic Snapseed "Structure" slider in Light Room or Photoshop

I do most of my editing in LRC and occasionally in PS. However, for some photos, the "structure" slider under the Details tool in Snapseed cannot be beat. It seems to affect shadows and texture and contrast? I would love to be able to recreate the effect in LRC when I'm editing on my Macbook (maybe as a preset) and avoid having to go to transfer the photo to my ipad or phone to get to Snapseed. Anyone use Snapseed and LRC and have any idea what how I can mimic this? Here's an example of a photo with and without the Structure slider halfway.
