If you watch their behavior long enough, you will notice that hummingbirds will go in for a quick sip, back off and hover. If you pre-focus and move your PoV slightly, to the left in your case, you can catch the hummer sans the feeder.

Sharp focused and nice details.

FFS, please clean that feeder! Not only for the photography, but for the animal's health.

You've got dust bunnies on your sensor.

BTW, I live in Raleigh and likely to hit Durham a few times during the Bull's season plus downtown events over the spring/summer. Perhaps we can get a shoot together.

Thanks for your comments! The dust bunnies are on the rear element of the lens used, they aren't there with other lenses. I just need to use my rocket blower on it. Sounds good on getting together!
