It says forbidden...can't see the pic.

You probably need to go into your userCP and adjust some settings in order to get the smileys to show up...I'll have to go look to tell you exactly what to do.

Ok..go to UserCP (at the top of the page), then to Edit Options on the sidebar, then scroll all the way to the bottom where it says Message Interface, or something, and put it on Standard.

As for posting images, nothing has changed, there...just put the URL between

tags.
