It had an interesting color overall. It was under a large canopy of overgrown trees so the light was really neat.

It was more of a dark blue-ish color seen with the naked eye. Here's more of a true color of the same structure:

I'm sure someone smarter than me can explain how normal grey stone turns colors over time :p

These types of structures really spark my interest. Was there more to the building or was it just the wall/stairs? Any idea what the building was? Cool pics!

There was more to it, I'll post some pictures from other angles. It was built in the early 1930s as a bathroom after the area was turned into a park (it's within Forest Park, the largest urban park in the US at just over 5,000 acres). It was abandoned in the 1960s.
