What is the file size of the HDR picture? Are you saving the HDR as a .jpg?

Is facebook giving you and error message? What he suggested you should have no problems with file size and format.

no every thing is as should be but its refusing to upload

sometimes happens to me too... better if you save file as small... size then it goes good...
