Not really looking for C&C since these are from an iPhone and I know how people get about those in here, however, this Lomo camera app is actually pretty damn sweet.

Hipster pix!

Nope, actually it's called Morelomo. I love the Lomo style and this app is just awesome for it!!! I just got my iPhone yesterday and while it will in no way replace my Nikon, when I am on the go, the 27 different camera apps that I installed will do. haha.

I really enjoy a lot of these new camera phone apps/actions for photos - do you know if they make the same ones for PS or LR?

They have an iPhone Photoshop app,
I haven't tried it, (don't have an iPhone).

I think they look a bit over processed =p

Funny how companies are pushing the limit of technology to get you the most compact and high tech camera possible and then people get excited by an app to make the pictures look crappy. Poor engineers....

+1

I remember how utterly disappointed I was with my first camera phone. I could barely make out what things were. It was terrible. My current HTC Desire HD has an infinitely better camera, but still... It's barely a camera -- it's more of a toy. I'd use it for recording information, but not for "pictures".

i have the iphone4 too and love using apps like these, they're just fun to play around with. when it's the only camera you have on you it does just fine...

Exactly. If you don't have your other camera and you want to have some photo fun, these apps are awesome. i don't see why all the hate, I think these photos look pretty cool for having come out of a phone. Maybe that is just me...

This was as about as good as it got with my first camera phone:

Closer up:

Phones now are way better. I just can't get that icky taste out of my eyes though.

I've got an HTC Desire HD. It actually takes much better pictures than my wife's iPhone.

These were all done with an iPhone... You have a camera where the quality isn't that good anyway, so why not have some fun with it?

Those pictures remind me of the quick, fun editing in ALSee.

But that's a decent idea, to decorate phone pictures.

See...I like those. I think they look pretty damn good for being a phone camera!!! I love all the different camera apps they have. The OldPhoto app can turn them into really haunting looking photos like this:
