I search a tool that I can make a "contact-sheet" like the sample inside!

Hi I search a tool that I can make a contact sheet like this:

(with boarder and shadow)
I have tryed alternative tools,
IrfanView, ACDsee 9, XnView, FotoSlate 4, Photoshop CS2
but they looks diffrent like my sample.

Did somebody knows with which tool I can do this contact-sheet like my example?

You could make a photoshop action to do it... but it would take a bit of work.

I have open my example contact-sheet with a Hex Edito, and I have found a text inside "ACD Systems Digital Imaging".
I have tryed another again "ACDSee 9 Photo Manager" and with them I can do the same Contact-Sheet like my example!
I didn't test befor "ACDSee 9 Photo Manager" enough!
Anyway thanks to all for helping me!
