I thought this is a Black Shouldered Kite, but Google says White Tail Kite

Nice shot! When I click the Bing visual search button, it IDs as a Black-shouldered Kite, but the problem is, unless you live in Oz, that's either one lost bird, or something other than a Black-shouldered Kite. I would go with what Google is IDing it as, given that you are in the SFB area.
