Perhaps old news to many, I found this very interesting.

Pretty good short video. His plates are so big that he says every exposure costs him $500 to make. I assume that that figure includesmore than just materials and chemicals and silver, and possibly Includes sort of a "cost of doing business" factor.

Again, quite interesting. I have never seen a guy that shoots such large wet plate collodion images!

Cool. Kind of makes wish I would've kept one of our 53' semitrailers, I could have made a big camera. LOL
