I'd like to practice photo retouching

I've been using photoshop and GIMP for years and now I've done some more reading about GIMP and I think I got the "technical part" figured out. So far I've mostly worked on my own pictures and some of my friends', but I've never received any constructive critique of my work. I'd like to try myself out at retouching some of your pictures, just post it here and comment my work when I'm done. I think I can do any basic work, such as correcting WB, curves, repairing flaws, etc.
