IFPO?

International Freelance Photographers Organization. Anybody out there ever here of this group or maybe even joined it. Is it just another internet scam that takes money from innocent wannabe photogs promising freelance work and money in return? I did see the ad for it in Outdoor Photography magazine so it has to be somewhat respectable, just wondering if anyone has any other experience/info on it.
