Iguana Joe, Out Of Focus Flower and creepy Crawler - C+C

Here are some from today: first, I ran into Iguana Joe at the park:
1.

Camera: Sony SLT-A77V
Lens: SAL1680Z 16-80mm Zeiss
Focal Length: 80mm
Aperture: f/5.6
Shutter Speed: 1/60 sec
ISO 400

Then I found this flower; interesting that it has a particular pattern that makes it look OOF, but if you look closely, you can see the little "hairs" on the main part, so it is, in fact in focus...

You know what they say... "It's not easy being green!"

I actually was all alone with my kids, so I was surprised I managed a couple of decent shots, considering I had no tripod, no additional gear, and (most importantly) no time!

I like them ....for the spider I would enhance the spider and clone out that "mummy" at the top of the frame, doing so would make a better picture

Nice captures - I like them all. That spider looks pretty dangerous - how big is it? If you have a macro lens, or some extension tubes, the central part of that flower might make a good close-up or macro subject - to show off the "little hairs".

The spider's body was about an inch and half to 2 inches long, so it WAS pretty big. Not Tarantula big (we have those here as well, but I have yet to get a shot of one), but still, big enough not to ignore! I do have some macro tubes, but since I was with the kids, I only took my camera and one lens; maybe next time I will plan for a photo tour in that same park...
