Yes. It is a real digital representation of a painted representation of a what I assume to be a real cow.

Appears to be a photo of a billboard to me.

If the cow in front is real then the imperfections and lines in the billboard were digitally manipulated into the foreground to blur the distinction from the background.

Well, you can see the billboard in the upper left of the frame, so I'd say absolutely not on the cow.

But, yes on the overgrown grass in front of the billboard.

I found myself a fool

I did not mean to take people to the zenith of wonder, confusion anxiety or curiosity.... but a friendly presentation to show how the grass in the foreground has merged wit the grass in the hoarding ......
