I'm new to the forum....

and excited to browse around. The field of photography chose me, instead of me choosing to be a photographer. It all started with snapping pet photos and one referral after the other. Then it extended to baby pictures, and one referral after the other. It would be fun to be able to snap pictures full-time, but I'm not there yet. Here's a latest one of my favorite subject, my Grandbaby Kiara. Feedback is appreciated. I added special graphics on this one just for fun.

Hint: If you are going to post photos in a forum, resize them to something like 800 or 600 pixels on the long side.

Here is what I see....

It would even be worse at my 1024x768 desktop resolution at work.

That screenshot is 600 on the long side (600x450) by the way. Fits nicely in a forum post. 800x600 fits nice too. Many people post slightly bigger than 800 on the long side and I have to scroll over to see the whole image.
