Looks a little blurry, maybe camera shake or slightly missed focus. Try focusing on the bird's eye.

One of the birds looks slightly washed out. See if you can bring down the highlights some.

Thank you spicy... it was a distant shot, trimmed out... i am also not much satisfied with quality, i liked its composition
