This reminds me of the stereoscopic photos of many years past. The juxtaposition of a light tree on one side and a dark tree on t'other is an absolute delight. You have every right to be proud of this delightful photograph.
I noted with interest your 'OK to edit.' I rather suspect that you did this in the same vein as a waiter in a very fine restaurant asking whether you wish a steak knife brought, whilst knowing full well that a fork will suffice for any meat served. [And yes, I visited your site.]
