Seems a bit too dark on top half of composition, and better sharpness and detail could improve the impact, I think.
To help resolve the sharpness issue, be sure you're on a solid tripod, and use a remote to trigger. If you don't have a remote, use the timer.
On the darkness issue, try shooting just after sundown until it's fully dark, then choose something with a little sky color to help define the dome better. You could also try a graduated ND filter to darken the bottom half, which would allow you to shoot longer and expose the top half longer, but that can get tricky, especially in situations like this. Alternately, you can shoot several exposure values and put together an HDR to bring out some of the dark areas better. I personally think shooting while there's still a bit of light in the sky is your best bet though.
