I figured if I was going to be inside this market I may as well practice while in there.
I switched my camera to B&W and had a little fun. I know since I shoot in raw is really doesn't make a difference but I have always tried to have my camera show me what I want the finished image to be.

Looks like just about anything is sold there. I wonder how many people know what " Sopressata " is?
A delicious dry Italian salami that I get everytime I go to Europe. The USA versions rely do not do it justice.

I like that you're going out of your usual genre. Technically, most of the images are a bit on the muddy side and lacking in contrast. But the photos have captured a bit of the 'charm' of the market. I enjoy the diversity of faces and wares.

They do have quite a variety of things that they sell. This is only what I could see from my booth. There are hundreds of other booths as well.

The old guy is as Italian as the come, including an accent that had me asking him to say things twice. lol

Where are the birds?

The chicken shop is on the other end, you should try it out! lol

As for the muddy, yup. I don't do a lot of B&W. Need more practice.

Thank you.

I found most of the colour images very busy and loud.
